For years now, real estate schools and brokers have been blowing smoke up the real estate agent’s rear. They tell you from the day you sign up for pre-licensing classes that one of the greatest things about being an agent is that you are your own boss. You’re self-employed! You’re free to do what you want, when you want, and how you want! Today I’m calling BS on that line.
